ASSESSMENT

The first step on your fitness journey is to come to our central London gym for a discussion about general lifestyle factors, your training/injury history, and also a fitness and movement assessment. From here we can design your tailored training program, and will also agree your targets and set up a plan to move forward.

 

STRONG FOUNDATIONS

After the initial assessment you will begin your personal training. We will start by building a strong base of movement patterns, technique, and general strength/fitness levels. This provides the foundations upon which to progress and achieve your goals.

SPECIFIC TARGETS

Once we have built a solid foundation, and movement patterns are enough, we will start working on your specific targets, such as: general fitness, body constitute, or sport specific targets. We shall constantly be testing, and refining your goals, to ensure consistent progression, and never plateauing.
