Physical fitness should be kept from an early age



Physical fitness is very essential for every individual. Schools and college should educate their students about the importance of physical fitness and encourage them to embody some physical activity into their part day of life so that they can become useful members of society. If a person rules to eating healthy and exercising daily then soon it will become a habit for them and they can live a life with a break risk of developing diseases linked with being slow.
